Our records indicate that you have provided to Wyeth or Wyeth has obtained personal information via your past use of our website in accordance with Wyeth's Privacy Policy. Such information will be transferred to Pfizer Inc. If you do not wish to have such personal information transferred to Pfizer Inc., you are asked to notify us immediately but no later than October 29, 2009 at wyethinfo@healthconnect.ca or 1-888-275-9938 (ASK WYETH). If we do not hear from you, such personal information will be transferred to Pfizer Inc. and will be governed by its applicable privacy policy and may be used for secondary purposes, including without limitation, understanding product information, research, notifying you of promotions, discounts and other business communications.
